Achievements are presented for truss models of RC structures developed in previous years: 1. Two constitutive models, biaxial and triaxial, are based on regular trusses, with bars obeying nonlinear uniaxial σ-ε laws of material under simulation; both models have been compared with test results and show a dependence of Poisson ratio on curvature of σ-ε law.
Learn MoreThe following list gives the bibliographical references of theses and scientific papers in conferences or journals that either explain the theory at the base of SAFIR or show results of research works undertaken with SAFIR. Only references that have the author of SAFIR in the author's list are reported here. Other publications have been written by scientists of other research groups. Theory
Learn MoreThe mechanical performance of steel slag concrete (SSC) under biaxial compression is investigated by a servo-controlled static-dynamic true triaxial machine (TAWZ-5000/3000). Three replacement ratios of steel slags and four kinds of stress ratio (0.25:1, 0.5:1, 0.75:1, and 1:1) are examined in this study.

Learn MoreThis work is a numerical simulation of nonlinear problems of the damage process and fracture of quasi-brittle materials especially concrete. In this study, we model the macroscopic behavior of concrete material, taking into account the phenomenon of damage. J. Mazars model whose principle is based on damage mechanics has been implemented in a finite element program written Fortran 90, it takes
